About Me
I spent fifteen years in finance and ten-plus years managing workplace strategy for global organizations. I’ve overseen workplace programs across multiple countries, managed real estate portfolios, and built workplace strategy frameworks used to align people, space, and business outcomes.
Along the way, I worked with teams across Corporate Real Estate, Facility Management, Project Management, HR, Finance and Technology — in environments ranging from major financial exchanges to media. I’ve navigated organizations through post-pandemic hybrid transformations, led space optimization programs, and helped leadership teams understand what their real estate data was actually telling them.
Access to expert and educational information on workplace was locked behind paywalls, consultants, “proprietary” nonsense. I hated it. So, in 2018, I started Open Sourced Workplace: a spot where corporate real estate, workplace strategy, HR, and facilities folks — like me — can actually get useful stuff. No fluff.
I don’t have all the answers. But I’ve seen what works — tools, tricks, even dumb mistakes — and I’m sharing them. Some free, some paid. The point isn’t revenue. It’s trust. If you’re trying to make your team better, your space better, your people happier… you shouldn’t have to guess.
Right now, AI’s shaking everything up — work, skills, how we even think about offices. Nobody knows exactly what’s next. That’s why I’m back: to dig in, test stuff, and talk about it openly. Because curiosity isn’t a luxury. It’s how we stay human in all this. My curiosity on what is possible with AI is off the charts right now.
