I’m Steve Todd. With 15 years of experience in finance and over 10 years in corporate real estate, I founded OSW in 2018 on the principle that expert workplace information should be accessible to everyone rather than restricted by paywalls.

After a brief hiatus, I am returning to focus on AI, hybrid work, and the factors that drive workplace effectiveness.
