About Me
I spent fifteen years in finance, ten-plus in corporate real estate. Access to expert and educational information on workplace was locked behind paywalls, consultants, “proprietary” nonsense. I hated it. So, in 2018, I started Open Sourced Workplace: a spot where corporate real estate, workplace strategy, HR, and facilities folks—like me—can actually get useful stuff. No fluff.
I don’t have all the answers. But I’ve seen what works—tools, tricks, even dumb mistakes—and I’m sharing them. Some free, some paid. The point isn’t revenue. It’s trust. If you’re trying to make your team better, your space better, your people happier… you shouldn’t have to guess.
Right now, AI’s shaking everything up—work, skills, how we even think about offices. Nobody knows exactly what’s next. That’s why I’m back: to dig in, test stuff, and talk about it openly. Because curiosity isn’t a luxury. It’s how we stay human in all this.
And yeah—I’m part of a team. Always have been. The wins? Those are ours. The proof? When someone walks into a space we built… and actually smiles.
Questions? Hit me up. I’m curious what you’re curious about.
